An HR Admin without the System Admin role cannot perform high-level administrative functions such as granting roles to users or groups and resetting user passwords. However, they can modify HR Administration properties, create HR criteria, and add users to groups. These tasks align with the typical responsibilities of an HR Admin who has access to HR-related functionalities but lacks broader system-wide permissions.

Once the HR Admin [sn_hr_core.admin] role has been removed from the Admin role, a user with just the Admin role can no longer add members to HR groups. The removal of the HR Admin role means that the admin does not have the necessary permissions to manage HR groups anymore.

In the Create Bulk Cases module, the available Filter by options are typically 'Document Template', 'HR Service Template', 'User Criteria', and 'HR Template'. These options allow users to filter cases by various predefined templates and criteria relevant to HR services and documents.

In order to configure an Access Control for the Employee Relations Cases table, you need to have the security_admin role. To gain this role, you must elevate your role to security_admin from the User dropdown in the banner. This approach ensures proper security measures are followed, as you cannot manually add the security_admin role to your User record without already having that role.

The HR Profile typically contains personal employee data, including information like name, contact details, employment status, and possibly more detailed personal data used for HR purposes. This type of information is essential for human resources to manage employee records effectively.
