Money-back guarantee terms and conditions

• You cannot claim a guarantee after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• You must study our exam material at least 10 days before your exam.
• You must submit your refund claim within 5 days of your exam date.
• The candidate name needs to be the same as of account holder’s name.
• There is no guarantee for discharged exams.

How to claim the refund/exchange?

In order to claim the refund, you must submit an email to [email protected] including the following documents:

• A photo taken from your phone of the enrollment slip.
• A photo taken from your phone of the exam result.

The photos must be clear and not edited/altered in any way. We do not accept web prints, email forwards, or modified/edited screenshots/photos as proof of exam results. If the documents are incomplete, we will not process your refund.
