Guarantee terms

• You cannot claim a guarantee after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• You must study with our exam material for at least 10 days before your exam.
• You must submit your refund claim within 5 days of your exam date.
• The candidate name on the exam must match the account holder name.
• Discharged exams are not eligible for a refund.

How to claim a refund

Email hello@examice.com with the following:

1. A clear photo of your enrollment slip, taken with your phone.
2. A clear photo of your exam result, taken with your phone.

Photos must be unedited and unaltered. We do not accept web prints, email forwards, screenshots, or any modified images. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
