What is a sys_id?
A sys_id is a unique 32-character identifier that is assigned to every record in a ServiceNow instance. This identifier is a globally unique ID (GUID) used to ensure that each record can be uniquely identified and referenced within the system.
Every time i work with sys_id, it has length like this : jfodpskemchnfutincgeplacjrksuenc, not like this : jfodpskemchnfutincgeplacjrksuencjfodpskemchnfutincgeplacjrksuenc, so its A) :D
