HR Fund > Access to Confidential Information is Restricted Some HR profile information, such as Department, is synchronized between the User [sys_user] and HR Profile [hr_profile] tables. Updating information in one record automatically applies the updates to the other. After the HR application is configured and ready to go live, the HR Admin role may be removed from the System Administrator. When the HR Admin role is removed from the Admin role, the System administrator can still view the HR Profile record from the user record, but they will only see the information that is also visible on the User table. The confidential fields, like Beneficiaries, are visible only to HR professionals.
