Who can move a Policy record from Review into the next state?
The named policy owner is the only person who can move a Policy record from Review into the next state. A compliance manager or any reviewer does not have the required permissions to move the policy forward, and the sys admin is not typically involved in the workflow of policy states.
Textbook P126 Compliance users and above can move policies into review.
While in Review, reviewers can either send policy back to draft or move it forward by requesting approval.

The named policy Owner. Only policy owners can move the policy to awaiting approval, compliance managers can only do so if they have the policy owner role.

reviewer can add comment and move back to draft, whereas, Policy owner only can move it to next state.
The choice with least priviliges who can perform this task is the Policy Owner. Anyone from the Owning Group with sn_compliance.manager or the admin can move the policy to "Awaiting Approval". C: Only named reviewer can move the policy to next state and not any reviewer. FYI: There is no role called Policy Owner
