While A seems correct, I think E is the most correct. "A scheduled job for the normalization process runs daily. Whenever a new discovery model is created, the normalization process is run and the status is indicated."

Hmmmmmm, actually it's still [A] because what is happening "...whenever a new discovery model is created" is not a scheduled job but a business rule.
