To send guest users their credentials outside of the initial login web-page, you need to configure an SMTP server under ClearPass Guest administration to handle email deliveries. Additionally, configuring a Short Message Service (SMS) Gateway under ClearPass Guest configuration is necessary for SMS credentials delivery. These configurations ensure that credentials can be distributed through email and SMS beyond the initial login page.
Both Email and SMS receipts are configured in Guest
The sms gateway is configured in guest. The smtp server is configured in the policy manager. Google it.
this is confusing, you setup the SNMP server in Clearpass Policy Manager > administration > external servers > messaging setup. You then need to configure the receipt page actions to send the email receipt. However you can also configure SMS gateway in clearpass guest > configuration > SMS Services > Gateway . So technically 3 of these are correct... A,D,E. Thinking that its just A,E though as these together accomplish creds outside of initial login.
A, D are correct
