HPE0-V14 Exam - Question 82

What does the term composable mean when applied to HPE infrastructure?

Show Answer
Correct Answer: D

Composable infrastructure in the context of HPE refers to a system that enables organizations to simplify the complexity of IT operations and accelerate DevOps initiatives and business innovation. This is achieved through software-defined intelligence that allows for the optimal provisioning and configuration of computing, storage, and networking resources in a highly flexible and adaptable manner. By logically pooling and utilizing resources more efficiently, composable infrastructure helps in mitigating underutilization and overprovisioning, thus creating a more agile and cost-effective data center environment.

Answer: D Infrastructure that can be provisioned on the fly with software-defined intelligence allows for optimal application performance. Logically pooling resources reduces both underutilization and overprovisioning to create a more agile, cost-effective data center. A unified management interface integrates formerly siloed infrastructure and operations and allows IT to be offered as a service, enabling modern DevOps practices to be adopted by organizations with critical legacy applications that need to remain on premises.

I beg to differ. HPE Composable Infrastructure is Software Defined, not hardware-define. So not B, A and C are just wrong. Composable Infrastructure is used to simplify and accelerate DevOps and Innovation. So D is the answer.
