NSX-T Tier-0 and Tier-1 Gateways are primarily designed to provide networking and security capabilities suited for multi-tenancy. They enable different tenants (organizations or departments) to share the same physical network infrastructure while maintaining logical separation and security between them. This allows service providers to deliver isolated services to multiple customers over the same underlying hardware.
