C is the correct answer. A, B & D is not even mentioned when you run the quick start wizard.

Remember, 'vCenter Server Quickstart' & 'Guided Setup' in vRA Assembly are the same. The former option goes away it is run once, the later is always available in the upper right corner of the GUI. Both have the same goal of building out all the components to eventually deploy a machine to validate end-to-end. For vRA 8.3, the answer is C.
