What will vSAN do with the virtual machine?
vSAN requires that more than 50% of the votes for an object be available to maintain access to the data. Since vSAN is able to locate only 55% of the votes for the noncompliant objects, it falls just above the threshold. However, this is not enough to ensure full operational integrity. Without being able to locate more than 60% of the votes, vSAN marks the virtual machine as inaccessible because it cannot guarantee the consistency and availability of the data.
B : the VM will not be powered off, unless there is a vSphere HA condition encountered, like an APD C : the VM will be inaccessible only if the votes are under 50%, which is not the case here D : a VM is orphaned if it known by vCenter, but not by the ESXi host
