I also initially fell for this one, but the question specifically asks about "Best Performance" with OSA. In this case RAID1 is the best performing option and they don't specify any failures to tolerate. With 8 hosts being available, RAID 1 can work in FTT1,2 and 3 and it will be faster than RAID6 with OSA. If the question was ESA then RAID6 would perform comparably to RAID1.
