To ensure that logon segment information is populated in the Horizon Helpdesk Tool, the timing profiler must be enabled on all Connection Servers. This is done by executing the command: vdmadmin -I -timingProfiler -enable. By enabling the timing profiler, detailed logon statistics are collected and made available for analysis within the tool.
This step enables the timing profiler, which is disabled by default Enable Timing Profiler: Use the following command via command prompt on each Connection Server instance: vdmadmin -I -timingProfiler -enable
