Multiple/Single values are for Dimension, A,B not the answser when you add filter for Measure there are 4 modes: range of value, at least, at most, spcial if choose for only one, C is the answer, at least and at most are also filter for 'range of value' the 'special' mode is for Non-Null or Null Value, will filter/match multiple values if choose for 2, C and D is the answer.
