Snowflake provides several types of internal stages for different purposes. Named stages, user stages, and table stages are the three internal stages available. Named stages are user-defined and can be used for organizing files for loading and unloading data. User stages are created automatically for each user and can be used as a personal workspace for loading data. Table stages are created for each table and are used for loading data directly into the table.
