Snowflake strongly recommends that all users with the ACCOUNTADMIN role be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) because this role has the highest level of permissions and control over the entire account. Implementing MFA helps to protect sensitive and critical account configurations and data from unauthorized access.
