All 4 Snowflake "provide for customers" - doesn't matter if SF itself or Cloud provider. Customer has contract with Snowflake, not with the Cloud provider.
As a snowflake customer, you shouldnt worry about if it is azure or AWS providing physical security. It becomes responsibility of SNOWFLAKE
