Who pioneered the concept of hierarchy of needs in his paper ‘A Theory of Human Motivation’?
The concept of the hierarchy of needs was pioneered by Abraham Maslow in his paper ‘A Theory of Human Motivation’. Maslow proposed this model to understand the motivation driving human behavior. His hierarchy typically includes various levels of needs, starting from basic physiological needs to safety, love and belonging, esteem, and finally self-actualization.
Easy way to remember: M for motivation, and M for Maslow.
