By default, which user role must verify the successful activation of plugins by ServiceNow support?
The correct role to verify the successful activation of plugins by ServiceNow support is the System Administrator, which corresponds to the 'admin' role. This role has the necessary privileges to review and validate plugin installations, ensuring that all required functionalities are activated appropriately.
there is no role called sys_admin. C (sam_admin) is the right answer
If there is no "sys_admin", the only right answer is sam_admin...
I would also say sys_admin because of this in the course: By default, the ServiceNow administrator persona (admin role) is responsible for loading asset management data from integrations and discovery tools into SAM Pro. This is said specifically out of context to the sam_admin role.
for sure not sys_admin (does not exist). System Administrator [admin] is the correct role. Even though this is in SAM exam, it is one of the general questions. I would still pick this option in the actual test (they have lot of mistakes in them btw)
An answer being wrong does not mean an alternative is necessarily right. The answer is 'admin' as others have suggested. 'sam_admin' does not have privileges to review plugin installations directly. There are no right answers here but the equivalent to admin, 'sys_admin' is the one the person who submitted these questions had intended to be the correct answer
It's D. From the Course Lab: As a ServiceNow administrator, I need to validate that all required Software Asset Management functionality... 1. Log in as the System Administrator...
sys_adminというロールはありません。ただし、プラグインのインストール結果を確認するのはシステム管理者の責任であり、それにはadminロールが必要です。私はadminの代わりにsys_adminを選択します。
English: There is no role named sys_admin. However, it is the responsibility of the system administrator to check the results of the plugin installation, which requires the admin role. I choose sys_admin instead of admin.
