The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is being adopted and used properly. This includes facilitating Scrum events, coaching the team on Scrum practices, and helping to remove impediments to the team's progress. Managing the performance of the team, setting meetings and objectives, or keeping track of resource allocation are not primary responsibilities of the Scrum Master.
