At the end of a Sprint, any Product Backlog item that does not meet the team's Definition of Done should not be included in the Increment, ensuring that the Increment remains in a usable and potentially releasable state. The remaining work needed to complete the item should be estimated and added back to the Product Backlog, allowing the Product Owner to prioritize it for future Sprints. This approach maintains a clear distinction between completed and incomplete work and upholds the integrity of the Scrum process.
Follow the Scrum Guide B and D are correct
B and D are the best answer
Not sure about this one, should be A & D. If it's accepted by stakeholder, it can be accepeted in the increment, they are the one judging the end product.
As the item is not meeting DoD so it cant be considered for increment. And i feel it should be shown to the stakeholder too.
