PSM I Exam - Question 141

Several Sprints into a project, the Product Owner tells the Scrum Master that a key stakeholder just started using the product. The stakeholder is unhappy with the quality of the product. What are two good options for the Scrum Master? (Choose two.)

Show Answer
Correct Answer: ABE

In response to the stakeholder's concern about product quality, it's important for the Scrum Master to encourage the Product Owner to prioritize quality specifications in the Product Backlog. This ensures that the development team is aware of and can work on addressing the quality issues. Additionally, coaching the Product Owner on effectively communicating these concerns to the Developers helps ensure that the team is aligned and can collaboratively work towards improving the product quality. Waiting until the Sprint Retrospective, as suggested in option A, is not advisable as it delays addressing the immediate concern and prevents timely action.

This is on real exam. I chose BE (I passed with 100%). Option A is not good because it delays solve issue and produce value.
