The Development Team is responsible for managing and tracking the progress of their work during a Sprint. In Scrum, the Development Team is self-organizing, and they determine how to accomplish the work set forth in the Sprint Backlog. No one, not even the Scrum Master or Product Owner, should manage the tasks of the Development Team during the Sprint.
