The team should be demonstrating these values to create an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Please read carefully your own quotation: "The Scrum Team commits to achieving its goals and to supporting each other", it doesn't mean that there is a commitement to supporting each others. That's 2 separate statements in one sentence. So A is not correct
