Adding more resources in Scrum does not proportionally increase the value delivered. In Scrum, the efficiency and value are derived from the team's ability to work together and iteratively improve processes and outcomes. Adding more resources can actually lead to increased coordination overhead, miscommunication, and dependencies which can hinder progress rather than help.
