What would be the best two ways to identify that a Development Team is self-organizing? (Choose two.)
A self-organizing development team is characterized by a thriving environment where creativity flourishes and members explore new possibilities. Additionally, these teams possess the ability to resolve internal conflicts independently, ensuring continuous progress in their work. Both of these aspects highlight the autonomy and collaborative spirit essential to a self-organizing team.
Hum not sure about this one. My answer would be C & D. Nothing mentionned in Scrum about self organized team & creativity, even if it can be an indirect consequence
If you check the open assessments you will see a lot of mentioning of creativity and innovation. B and D are correct.
I think C is wrong because it is about 'cross-functional', which is not related closely to 'self organized'. My choice is B and D.
I guess C wrong due to there are no commit for the task of development team
why C incorrect?
