The primary goal of any product development process is to create value for the end users, as their satisfaction directly impacts the product's success, adoption, and longevity. Without meeting the needs and expectations of the users, the product is unlikely to succeed, regardless of the opinions of the company founder, board of directors, or the Head of Product.
