Show Answer
Correct Answer: A

At the end of PI Planning, the process typically involves a vote by each team to gauge their confidence, followed by a collective vote by every person in the train. This ensures both team-level and individual-level validation of confidence in the plan.

Each team conducts a vote using their fingers (fist of five) or a digital tool for remote events. Once each team has voted, it’s repeated for the entire ART, with everyone expressing their confidence in the collective plan

The confidence vote is based on two different votes. One for the team and one for the train. From the source:https://framework.scaledagile.com/pi-planning A confidence vote in two parts – To gauge readiness for the final plan review, each team conducts a voting mechanism called ‘fist of five’ physically or in a digital tool. This first vote often occurs during the last team breakout. Additionally, once ART PI risks have been addressed, the entire ART conducts a ‘fist of five’ physically or in a digital tool. If the average is three or above, then management should accept the commitment. If it’s less than three, the ART may need to rework its plan. Anyone voting two or fewer should be allowed to voice their concerns. These concerns might add to the risk list, require replanning, or provide information. B, C and D are single vote answers when the process is multivote.
