A Scrum team is analyzing the burndown chart on day four of a 15-day sprint. The burndown chart is shown below.
What should the team do next?
Based on the burndown chart, the team's actual progress is slightly ahead of the planned progress. In such a situation, the best course of action is to continue with the sprint work as planned and monitor the progress. This ensures that the team stays on track and can make necessary adjustments if any deviations occur in the future. Keeping to the plan allows the team to focus on the tasks at hand without premature changes that could disrupt their workflow.
Since it is only day four of a 15-day sprint, the team should continue with their planned work. Answer is D
Why B is not correct?
B is not the most effective action because the burndown chart already indicates the team is ahead of schedule, suggesting they may not need to rely on buffers at this point. Additionally, this option does not take into account the dynamic nature of agile projects, where continuous reassessment and adaptation are crucial. The burndown chart should be used as a tool for monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. If the team is consistently ahead of schedule, it might be more beneficial to consider adding more value to the sprint by including additional stories or enhancing the quality of the deliverables, rather than simply relying on the buffer.
Because the burn down chart shows the work pending to complete . and the team is on day 4 and progressing good
A. Ask the product owner if some low-priority stories could be cut from the sprint
D is the answer. Reasons:- A burndown chart shows the amount of work that has been completed in an epic or sprint, and the total work remaining. Burndown charts are used to predict your team's likelihood of completing their work in the time available.
The best option is D
D is correct
D is correct
it's ok done
D is fit
The actual line is below the planned line. In a burndown chart that means we're ahead of schedule, no? D should be the answer if that's the case.
D. Continue with the sprint work as planned and keep monitoring
Voted D
d is correct
In my opinion, the third option is correct. When we look at the graph, we notice that the slope of the actual graph has increased since the beginning of period four. Therefore, as a project manager/Scrum Master, we can request that more than the capacity of the team, a story is selected for execution and implementation.
ok but the difference between the two curves is minimal. And we are only at the beginning of the sprint, so it doesn't make sense to increase the workload for just such a small performance improvement.
D, because the line is under the planned line
D, because the line is under the planned line
