Why not directly schedule a meeting with this new stakeholder? Just add the new stakeholder in communication management plan will NOT notify the historical information such as charter and background information. as per reddit if a new stakeholder joins the project, here are the things what PM should do 1. Meet with the project sponsor to learn if new roles have been created. 2.
