Show Answer
Correct Answer: D

To ensure that there are no liabilities arising from an implementation, the project manager should have followed and received all required approvals as per the organizational procedures. This would have included verifying that every necessary aspect of the project, including compliance and quality checks, was formally approved to prevent any oversight that could lead to penalties or non-compliance issues.

I thought it was A as well but it mentioned the deliverable has been completed but not approved. The deliverable must be approved by the product owner before it is released
