The project manager was informed of a heavy penalty being levied on the project for the latest module that was implemented.

What should the project manager have done to ensure that there were no liabilities arising from the recent implementation?

    Correct Answer: D

To ensure that there are no liabilities arising from an implementation, the project manager should have followed and received all required approvals as per the organizational procedures. This would have included verifying that every necessary aspect of the project, including compliance and quality checks, was formally approved to prevent any oversight that could lead to penalties or non-compliance issues.
