I will go to C. There is a clear explnation of what is information radiators in PMBOK as below "Information radiator : This artifact is a visible, physical display that provides information to the rest of the organization, enabling timely knowledge sharing." I don't think executive can be considered as "the rest of the organization". I think executive is busy and has to decide many things. It means they need to shorten checking time for information. How to shorten this time? use something familiar with. that why we use report template if it exists.
