What does the project manager need to do first in order to have good project performance?
In order to have good project performance, the project manager needs to first assess the required training per team member. This assessment will identify knowledge gaps and help in planning the necessary training or coaching interventions. It's essential to understand the current level of expertise within the team before deciding on any further steps such as delivering training or changing team members.
Need to find out what each team member knows first. C is the way to find out who would need answer A.
just having some member lack hybrid knowlege so the first thing PM need to assess to indentify the needed for each member and then make the plan traning and coach them
A. Not comfortable with C which all team members are assessed.
C. The question is what needs to do first. Assessing comes first before coaching team member. Notice how the answer could pivot to A if the question is "what needs to do" without the "first".
C. Assess the required training per team member
If only some team members do not have the knowledge then it makes sense to train them. Thoughts?
