PCNSE Exam - Question 315

When configuring forward error correction (FEC) for PAN-OS SD-WAN, an administrator would turn on the feature inside which type of SD-WAN profile?

Show Answer
Correct Answer: D

When configuring forward error correction (FEC) for PAN-OS SD-WAN, an administrator needs to enable the feature within the SD-WAN interface profile. This profile contains the settings necessary to make an interface eligible for error correction by configuring FEC parameters to improve the reliability of data transmission over the SD-WAN links.

I'd prefer the answer SDWAN policy, as that's where you actually assign it to be used. However, that's not an option so the best option is to check "Eligible for Error Correction Profile interface selection" on the 'SD-WAN Interface Profile'

well, the question is "where do you turn it on?". Making an interface eligible to FEC through the sdwan profile is very close to what is being asked.
