Metro Availability provides synchronous replication, which ensures the shortest RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective). This method supports application-consistent snapshots and can handle the 8 ms latency between Sites A and B. Additionally, it allows the use of Nutanix VSS, fulfilling all the customer's requirements.

C can be correct now as NearSync can support application-consistent snapshots from AOS 5.20 onwards. However, minutely snapshots are not application-consistent but hourly snapshots are.
