Which transactions can be created from a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) using the Standard Return Authorization – Cash form?
When using the Standard Return Authorization – Cash form for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), you can create a Cash Refund transaction. This form is specifically designed to handle returns that result in cash reimbursements to the customer rather than credit or other forms of refunds.

It's actually D: Cash refund. I just tested it and the buttons you can click are "Receive" and "Refund". Clicking "Refund" will make a Cash Refund record and clicking Receive will create an Item Receipt record
