Due to the exhibition, Cluster Interfaces for the NODE 1 169.254.145.151 (for port e0a) and 169.254.58.159 (for port e0b). If we want to join NODE 2 to the cluster we need to use IP Address of a Cluster Interface from a Node in the Cluster. 
A - is node 2 MGMT IP, B - is node 2 cluster IP (after joining cluster), D - cluster MGMT IP

This states you provide the cluster IP when joining an existing cluster. C doesn't make sense as that looks like a node management IP
