Answer: B. No Conditional Access App Control enables real‑time session controls for cloud apps, but it has no bearing on the OAuth apps catalog in Defender for Cloud Apps. To create OAuth app policies you must connect the Microsoft 365 (or other SaaS) tenant as a connected app; configuring CA App Control alone will not unlock that policy type.
