Public Cloud is the answer.
Paying for tests which show an answer so obviously wrong
You're right!
Requiring a paid service to pass exams is obviously wrong.
Answer is Public Cloud. Same as question #38: A private cloud is hosted in your datacenter. Therefore, you cannot close your datacenter if you are using a private cloud. A public cloud is hosted externally, for example, in Microsoft Azure. An organization that hosts its infrastructure in a public cloud can close its data center. Public cloud is the most common deployment model. In this case, you have no local hardware to manage or keep up-to-date ג€" everything runs on your cloud provider's hardware. Microsoft Azure is an example of a public cloud provider. In a private cloud, you create a cloud environment in your own datacenter and provide self-service access to compute resources to users in your organization. This offers a simulation of a public cloud to your users, but you remain completely responsible for the purchase and maintenance of the hardware and software services you provide. Public Cloud is the answer.
on the exam on 29jun2023
I believe the answer is Public cloud because if you host your infrastructure in a private cloud, you need your own datacenter
Pathetic!
I think the answer is private cloud and not public cloud because in private cloud you own your own data centre as in no one else can share hardware in the same cabinets. E.g. in public cloud microsoft can have company X server in the same cabinet in the same data centre as company Y. In Private cloud is it opposite to this in that you own the cab space and the data centre all to you. Hence an organisation the host its OWN infrastructure is private cloud.
Just to add the bit in the question where it states "no longer requires a data centre" is there because if it was not the answer could be hybrid cloud.
Seriously? "... no longer requires a data centre ..."
keyword is own datacenter so answer is private cloud
what is up with you and keywords ? You should really understand the question and what the answer means in the context. What would be the purpose just taking the exam if you memorize only Q and A based on keywords !??!!?!?!
he is a robot...lol
he is a robot...lol
Private Cloud is correct answer. Public Cloud is shared and the question refers to "its own infrastructure" so it can't be Public Cloud
private is when you own the data center
C Public cloud. this is so basic. why not correct it please
i think the admin is configuring dedicated servers now ;))))))
C. Public cloud
Was today on my exam! Passed, max points!!!
Public cloud is the answer.
yes it should be a public inside private they must have their own on premise data center
Public Cloud is the right answer
I didn't understand the question...I think is public cloud
Dedicated Host = Private Cloud Azure Dedicated Host is a service that provides physical servers able to host one or more virtual machines assigned to one Azure subscription. Dedicated hosts are the same physical servers used in our data centers, provided instead as a directly accessible hardware resource.
It should be public cloud
The answer is Public Cloud. It's a tricky question but once it owns its infrastructure in the cloud, it no longer needs a data center (as on-premises), so the answer should be Public cloud. The key is "no longer requires a data center".
PUBLIC CLOUD. Why is this so hard to get right?
it should be "in the public cloud"
Answer is Public Cloud
Public Cloud is the answer.
Public Cloud = Azure, AWS, etc..
should be public cloud
loool image answering this wrong
Perfect answer!
Just kidding
Public Cloud is the right answer!!
public cloud might be the answer but why does the question say "it's own infrastructure". You don't own the infra in public cloud
From ChatGTP: When the exam mentions "private cloud," it typically refers to cloud computing resources and services that are dedicated to a single organization but may not necessarily be hosted on-premises. Therefore, the answer could be "Private Cloud" if the hosted data center is third-party. Very tricky...
ChatGPT is not reliable for these exams.
Guys, initially I thought it must be public cloud too but only private cloud has its own infrastructure. Basically, a private cloud uses the organisation's dedicated infrastructure and some examples of private clouds are, Amazon VPC, IBM and VMware.
Virtual machine in the public cloud is also an infrastructure.
Does that mean Private Cloud doesnt need a data center to run? I think the answer is Public cloud. Even the hybrid cloud needs a Datacenter.
a) in a private cloud An organization that hosts its own infrastructure is using a private cloud model. In a private cloud, the services and infrastructure are maintained on a private network and the hardware and software are dedicated solely to the organization.
And no longer requires a data center ?
so what's the answer?!
"IN THE PUBLIC CLOUD" is the right answer
Public Cloud. Not private lol.
This question is a bit of a fail, they don‘t host their „own“ infrastructure in the cloud
Then what is a IaaS ?
CoPilot: That would be Public Cloud computing. With services like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, organizations can host their applications and store data on the providers' infrastructure. This way, they don't need to maintain their own data centers—everything runs on the cloud provider's hardware. An organization moving to a private cloud still needs to maintain a data center. The private cloud environment operates on hardware and infrastructure managed either on-premises by the organization or hosted by a third-party provider. Essentially, it's like having the benefits of cloud computing but on dedicated resources that the organization controls.
Copilot: Yes, even with a private cloud, the organization would still need a data center. The private cloud environment is hosted on dedicated infrastructure that the organization maintains. It offers control and security but requires managing the physical hardware. So, the data center remains an essential part of this setup.
This is a badly formed question. A private cloud refers to the virtualised infrastructure and services on top of the physical data centre infrastructure - so it requires a data centre An hybrid cloud also requires a data centre On a hyper-v host is as very silly answers This to my mind laves - in the public cloud- as the only possible answer
Poorly worded question. Answer is Public Cloud
