So the answer would be this one? Can anyone confirm? Basic DEVELOPER STANDARD PROFESSIONAL DIRECT

Should be correct as Basic > Developer > Standard > Professional Direct. As Premier is now only supported for the existing users until 1st July 2022, but not for new users, this question shows that you are a new user. As of July 1, 2021, Microsoft will no longer enter into Premier Support agreements for new customers. Beginning July 1, 2022, Microsoft will no longer offer Premier Support agreements for renewing customers.

Yes, this is correct one as per MS

For anyone that might misconstrue this like I did (because Basic was not capitalized like the rest), every option except Premier supports opening support requests. The type of support you receive is irrelevant to the question. Premier was retired a while ago.

Correct, the Premier cannot be opened directly.

Looking at this link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/ all the plans you have ABILITY TO SUBMIT AS MANY SUPPORT TICKETS AS YOU NEED, the plans are basic, developer, standard and professional direct. So the answer is wrong.

I have passed the exam today 13/06/2024 with 952/1000 score. I can confirm that most all the questions in this series were in the exam in some form or another. There was one new question with multiple (3) yes/no questions which I have not seen in this series, but just took a best guess on the answers and used common sense, I cant recall the question entirely sorry. The questions in this series are NOY all answered correctly so make sure to read the discussions for questions and do you own homework on some of the answers and use common sense and you will pass this exam easily.

I passed exam 905/100, June 2024. Most of the questions came from this question bank. Points: 1. Many default answers in this question bank are not right so need to see discussion and make your own answer sheet. 2. No question related to Web tier licenses ( support plan)model appear in my exam. 3. While solving questions I went 1 -> 24 Page and while doing revision I did reverse (24 - >1 ) , questions mentioned in last seems more current. I did revision 24 --> 16 only. Best of luck for exam

Passed the exam in January 2024 after studying just using MS Learn and Examtopics with score of 905. It is sufficient.

Took test today and passed, I got through about 250 questions...very very helpful. I read through all material on MSFT study guide website, watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQp1YkB2Tgs, and then did the examtopics questions

The Azure support plans that allow for new support requests to be opened are: Developer Standard Professional Direct The Basic support plan does not allow for new support requests to be opened, as it is a self-help and community-based support option
