You work as a Systems Administrator for your company. The company has recently purchased a subscription to Microsoft 365. All users in your company have a

Microsoft 365 E3 license.

All users use Microsoft Teams for collaboration. Several teams and channels have been configured.

You need to configure Microsoft Teams to ensure that users within your company can collaborate with users in a partner company. You need to ensure that only external users with the email domain of the partner company can send emails to the team channels.

Which of the following actions should you perform?

    Correct Answer: B

To ensure that only external users with the email domain of the partner company can send emails to team channels in Microsoft Teams, you need to modify the Email integration options in the Org-wide Teams settings in the Microsoft Teams admin center. This setting allows you to specify which email domains are allowed to send emails to the channels, thereby restricting access to only the specified partner company's domain.

There isn't a "Email integration options" in Org-wide Settings... in that case you need to add the Domain in External Access, but i don't see that answer in the options.

Org-Wide Settings has been removed over the past few weeks. The answer on screen was correct at the time of publication. The email integration option is now under Teams > Teams Settings.
