Adding the OMA-URI ./Vendor/MSFT/DMClient/Provider/MS DM Server/CommercialID to a device configuration profile is the correct way to enroll Windows 10 devices in Update Compliance. This OMA-URI is used to specify the commercial ID of the Update Compliance workspace that the devices should report to. When you add this OMA-URI to a custom device configuration profile and assign the profile to the Windows 10 devices, the devices will start reporting their update compliance status to the specified Update Compliance workspace.
