Set up Advanced Threat Protection in the Azure portal Sign into the Azure portal. Navigate to the configuration page of the server you want to protect. In the security settings, select Microsoft Defender for Cloud. On the Microsoft Defender for Cloud configuration page: If Microsoft Defender for SQL hasn't yet been enabled, select Enable Microsoft Defender for SQL. Select Configure.

The thing that we need to do first is to read question carefully this is not an option then, we need to search for the plan that enabled for Defender for Cloud we did not find information about the plan this means it can be Free plan as well from this point the first think is that we need to check plan of Defender for Cloud and in order to enable defender for cloud for sql servers we can not use free plan that is why I would go with D. However , after we enable the plan we need to follow option A. Answer is D. BR
