Sign in to the Azure portal. Navigate to Monitor. In the Monitor window, select Alerts > New alert rule. In the “Create rule” window, you’ll need to specify the Scope. You can select the subscription and the specific resources you want to monitor. In the same window, you’ll need to define the Condition. This is where you specify that you want to trigger an alert for the event of a resource lock being deleted. You can do this by choosing the “Activity Log - Administrative” signal and then selecting the “Delete Lock” operation under the “EVENT” category. Next, you’ll define the Action Group. This is where you specify who gets notified when the alert is triggered. You can create a new action group and add Debbie’s email (<a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection" class="__cf_email__" data-cfemail="12767770707b7752717d7c667d617d3c717d7f">[email protected]</a>) to it. Finally, give your alert rule a Name, a Description (optional), and set the Severity. Then click Create alert rule.
Now search for "Delete Management Locks"
