Show Answer
Correct Answer: A

Telnet, by default, does not encrypt any data sent over the connection. This includes session data, which means it is transmitted in plaintext and can be intercepted by anyone with access to the network. Therefore, the statement 'All session data is encrypted between all machines' is incorrect. The correct answer is that session data is not encrypted.

Since it was developed before it was also adapted to the Internet, TELNET does not use any form of encryption, which makes it obsolete in terms of modern security. It has been ousted from the Secure Shell (SSH) protocol, at least on the Internet.
