What should you do?
To ensure that a customer's preferred shipping provider is always used for all sales orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central, you should define a shipping agent. A shipping agent in this context is a company that offers shipping services and can be assigned to sales orders. By setting up a shipping agent, you can link this agent to the customer's record, ensuring that the preferred provider is selected each time a sales order is created.
Define a shipping agent and map that with customer card under shipping fast tab
The correct answer is B. Define a shipping agent. A shipping agent is a company that provides shipping services. In Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can define a shipping agent by entering the name of the company, the address, and the contact information. You can also specify the type of shipping service that the company provides. Once you have defined a shipping agent, you can select it when you create a sales order. This will ensure that the customer's preferred shipping provider is used for all sales orders. The other options are not correct. Shipping Advice is a document that is used to inform the customer of the details of a shipment. A Ship-to code is a code that is used to identify the shipping address for a customer. A Responsibility center is a department or division within a company that is responsible for a specific area of operations.

correct
I do not understand the question : if it is customer shipping agent (THEIR shipping agent) this means the customer will take the responsability of the shipment. So, for me : Ship-to-code : at the company's warehouse, and shipping method : Ex-works
I read it as the shipping they prefer you ship to them with, but it is not their agent. For example if they consider this shipping agent is more reliable.
I read it the same way as ccexam. It is a bit strange, but I guess if it's a profitable customer, then you may need to adhere to their terms to retain their business? Or you may provide them with a list of shipping companies/agents and as them to pick one?
It is just the info which Shipping Agent is used.
The prerequisite is that you work as a consultant. The company that has hired you and will use BC is your customer. So it is not the company's customers, but the company itself is the customer.
