This is important but somewhat hidden in MS docs. The same can be said about Intune and Windows Autopilot. M365 docs need to be kept in shape. And older version respected. Not all public organization for example in health care switch to cloud because of patient record confidentiality. They keep most On-Premise. I dont think On-Premise is never gonna die. Thats why we need hybrid models. Vastaamo-tragedy in Finland just shows this.
