Which setting should you configure?
If a user wants their manually declined Teams calls to be sent to voicemail, the 'Forward my calls' setting should be configured. This setting allows users to specify where incoming calls should be directed if they are not answered, including directing them to voicemail.
Call me Ring. By default in the Calling policies "Voicemail for Inbound calls" "Busy and Busy..." are set in "Let user decide" So for redirect to Voicemail, you must using "Calls ring me" settings in Teams Client's Settings
i think your right... because it says when "they manually decline a Teams call" The default setting of the calling policy is Let users decide... one of those vague MS questions. Both are technically right, but you have to make so many assumptions
Answer: A https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-calling-policy Busy on busy during calls (also called "busy options") lets you configure how incoming calls are handled when a user is already in a call or conference or has a call placed on hold. New or incoming calls can be rejected with a busy signal or can be routed accordingly to the user's unanswered settings.
It must be Answer: D because Answer: A is only for users how are already in a call, the question was only for manuall desicions
It seems like it depends on "D. Calls ring me" when "A. Busy on busy when in a call" is set with "Use unanswered settings." In that case, "If unanswered" is set as do nothing -> call ends voice mail -> voice mail runs
To ensure that a manually declined Teams call is sent to the user's Teams voicemail, you need to configure the "Forward my calls" setting. This setting allows you to specify where calls should be forwarded when they are not answered, including sending them directly to voicemail. Correct Answer: C. Forward my calls
