To set the Employee Self Service Portal as the default webpage in the Dynamics 365 portal, follow these steps: Click on the Settings icon typically displayed as a gear icon in the upper right corner. Select 'User options' from the dropdown menu. In the User options pane, navigate to the Preferences tab. There, look for the field labeled 'Initial page' or 'Default Pane' and choose to set it to 'Employee self service'. Save your changes to ensure that the Employee Self Service Portal is displayed when you next access the system.
