You have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription.
You need to prevent guest users from deleting channels from a Microsoft Teams team.
What should you use?
To prevent guest users from deleting channels in Microsoft Teams for a specific team, the Microsoft Teams admin center should be used. This allows for centralized configuration management and the application of detailed permissions, including guest permissions, for all teams within an organization. While the Microsoft Teams client can set permissions for individual teams, comprehensive administrative control is typically preferred through the admin center for consistency and efficiency across multiple teams.
for the godsake both are correct! How Microsoft value what is the best option is like the third Fatima's secret
C should be answer. The question was for a Microsoft team. just one team.. if the questions is for all teams then A would be the answer
I guess, this is tricky question. says we are admins in most of the questions but this question starting you have Microsoft Office 365 Subscriptoin. You are not admin. if we are admin in this question, yes A is another correct answer.
A & C will give you the required otucome. This exam is for teams admin so i believe need to answer from Admin point of view so A is the correct answer to score .
Answer is A. You are answering the exam as an Admin not a User.
It's C as you are not an admin - tricky one...
I think C is correct, assuming you need to do using simple and easiest way. A can considered only if you need to apply global settings for all teams.
"From a microsoft Teams team" the question says...so its C
× Switch to a voting comment New A and C are correct but since the questions does not say that you are an admin it should be C
A and C are correct
Hi! I think the answer is correct, but anyway how do you use a Team admin center to prevent guest users dele channels?
In Teams Admin center go to Teams > Manage Team > Click on the Team > Settings > Edit > Guest Permissions.
The giving answer is correct. If it was A, you need to be an admin to access the Admin center. There is no indication anywhere that you are an admin. So, this is C for me!
I would say C because nowhere is it stated that you are a global admin or even have access to the Teams Admin Center. The only way to do it then is via the Teams client.
Very annoying question, it's in here at least twice and gives a different answer. Both the TAC and the Teams client will work.
Answer is C
A Teams Admin center go to Teams > Manage Team > Click on the Team > Settings > Edit > Guest Permissions.
Both can do this task, but A can do it globally, and C can only do it for one teams
C is correct.
